Orion or The Hunter is probably one of the most recognised constellations in the night sky. Presented within a Lightbox the illuminated Orion print is made from one of my original woodblock prints. Each print has been hand pulled from a ply woodblock, using midnight blue ink with additional gold dust to create the starry sky. The circular stars of Orion have been cut out so the energy efficient soft glow of the LED lights shine through the night sky. Looking equally beautiful unlit this would make a very special gift for astronomy lovers.

The lightbox is mains powered and comes with a UK plug power adapter.

The woodblock print of the sky gives the print a beautiful matt texture with each individual print being completely unique. The typed words are hand typed using a well loved vintage Imperial 66 typewriter. This gives the print an aged, vintage feel in its style.
