Processing, Shipping & Returns
Processing your Order
Normally- we will confirm your order and aim to dispatch within 2-5 days, however at very busy times it could take longer. We will always let you know if we expect a delay. If you have ordered a time sensitive item and need it by a certain date please contact us and if necessary, special delivery can be arranged, this may however incur an extra charge.
UK Shipping
For unframed prints - Delivery to UK is by Royal Mail Tracked 48, will cost £3.50 and will usually reach you 2-3 days from dispatch.
For framed prints - Delivery to UK is by Royal Mail Tracked 48, will cost £4.50 and will usually reach you 2-3 days from dispatch. For light boxes - Delivery to UK is by Royal Mail Tracked 48, will cost £4.50 and will usually reach you 2-3 days days from dispatch.
These times however are not guaranteed! So please ensure you allow plenty of time for delivery when ordering time sensitive items.
International Shipping
For unframed prints
Delivery to Europe is by Royal Mail International Tracked, will cost £10.50 and will usually reach you in around 3-5 working days from dispatch.
Delivery to the US and rest of world is by Royal Mail International Tracked, will cost £12.50 and will usually reach you in 5-7 working days from dispatch. For framed Prints Delivery to Europe is by Royal Mail International Tracked, will cost £14.50 and will usually reach you in around 3-5 working days from dispatch.
Delivery to the US and rest of world is by Royal Mail International Tracked, will cost £20.50 and will usually reach you in 5-7 working days from dispatch.
For light boxes Unfortunately we don’t dispatch light boxes to our international customers.
Again, these delivery times are not guaranteed so please allow plenty of time, especially when ordering time sensitive items.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Simoons is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns
Please contact us with any issues or problems and we will endeavour to solve them as soon as possible.
Hopefully you will be delighted with your purchase but if you are not happy with an item you have bought please contact us and return the item within 30 days of delivery we can then process your return. Once we have received the returned product we will refund you the cost of the item but unfortunately not the shipping costs.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders.
We are happy to replace any item that has arrived damaged, free of charge.
